Hi,

A11 indicates a fault in the wash motor circuit.

The service manual states:

Wash Pump Faulty

Note: Due to the electronics fitted to the wash motor it is not possible to test the wash pump motor with test equipment.

Pump Motor:

No circuit has been detected for 20 seconds.

  • Check the wiring and data control lead connections to the Wash Pump Motor.
  • Check the wiring between the Wash Pump Motor and Power Module.
  • Replace the module.

If the module (main control board) is replaced it has to be programmed to the appliance once fitted.

Before doing anything else, unplug the appliance for 10 minutes.

This is long enough for any stored memory to erase.

Plug in again, try the machine.

If still the same, it suggests a faulty motor and/or control board.

I hope that helps, Best Regards,

Rich

Hi,

Regarding filters, there a two, the washing filter inside the machine at the bottom which you unscrew, remove the 3 parts and clean, and the water inlet filter for which you turn off the water tap, unscrew the inlet hose and remove and clean the filter.

Best Regards,

Rich
