Hi

Error code 15 is a condenser fan issue. Its either the condenser fan itself at the back, the wiring or the control board thats the fault here.

As its 4 months old give Beko a bell and im sure they will call out and get it sorted for you.

But to put your mind at rest its not dangerous to leave it as the worst thing that can happen is you start to loose the cooling in there as if the condesner fan isnt running then its not cooling the compressor so the compressor will be cutting out to early and wont be fully cooling as it should.

But its not dangrous to leave it like this till Beko call out, You will be fine with it left plugged in.
