That error means there is a problem in the main control module, see the attached page. Turn the power off at the mains for 15 full minutes to reset the electronic. That should reset the error.

It hasn't reset it

If no reset, the main machine control module will need to be replaced. I can get you a link to the one for the model you posted but it may not be the right one of you are not 100% certain that is your model.
