Is this a single or double draw model?

Expert:  JamesI replied 1 month ago.

At what point is the F5 fault showing?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Double ,bottom works fine
Expert:  JamesI replied 1 month ago.

Ok, and at what point are you getting the F5 fault (as soon as your trying to start a program?)

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
As soon as u select iprogram and close door
Expert:  JamesI replied 1 month ago.

Ok, this is a door sensor fault, the machine is not sensing the draw is not fully closed.

Does the door make good contact all around?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Machine does tilt slightly when full
Expert:  JamesI replied 1 month ago.

What happens if you place inward pressure on the door, and it it held in, or try and support the washer so to remain square, does the fault still occur?

Expert:  JamesI replied 13 days ago.

I've not heard from you in a while do you still require assistance?
