We have a Gigaset AS300A, it basically works ok, but a 1am each night it rings 20 times on the handset on the kitchen uni ( we have a 3 unit version)
Assistant: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: How can I stop this feature, so that we are not woken at 1am each night ?
Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: nothing that I can think of

Hi,

It seems like an alarm has been set.

I hope that helps, Best Regards,

Hi Ken,

Sorry, yes you need to use V or ^ (large button in the middle) to select OFF (the tick should then disappear) then press OK.

Hi Ken,

Sorry for the delay, but I've had difficulty accessing the new question.

Are you still having the same problem?

If so, when you get to Activation try pressing OK to see if you can toggle this.
