Error message on hisense hob, FF5, cant find explanation

Thanks for that.

Looking at the service site we use F5 error code on this is a commuication issue to the power board.

Now its either the power board itself or the mains connection box.

When you wired it up did you use the U brass clips to connect the live feed to the connection box?

As theres 3 U clips that you use to connect the hob up.

Live should be 1,2 and 3 so you use 2 of the clips to connect them together.

Then the neutral is 4 and 5 and again use the U clip for that.

But if thats wired up correctly then its a fault on the power board and as its brand new you will be best going back to your retailer and get them to exchange it for you rather then getting somone in to repair it.

But check the mains connection first and see what you find from there.
