Hi, thank you for choosing Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I will help with your query today.

A16 or AI6 isnt a fault code, I assume powering it off and back on clears it but then it appears and stops the dry cycle mid flow?

The limit stat at the back goes off and needs reset, showing AL6

Tried to call but there was no answer, will try again later.

If the limit stat is triggering is the NTC operational?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Where is the ntc on the appliance
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I didn’t accept phone call

The NTC should be located at the front, its terminated on T4 of the PCB.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
At top of appliance

I am doing this from memory rather than a manual but believe its located at the front towards the bottom.
