Can’t get right temperature, light on hob just flashes

Can’t get right temperature, light on hob just flashes numbers 1 & 2 what can I say do.
JA: Is your hob gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: Electric
JA: How long has this been going on with your hob? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just this last ten minutes, I haven’t tried anything except on & off
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: When I press the circle to put my hob on it’s ok, but when I press the circle I want to use & try to adjust the temperature it just flashes 3 & e

Neff electric hob can’t find the number but I purchased a built in oven at the same time & the number for that is C17MR01.OB

Error 1 and 2 is supply voltage fault and E3 is power supply fault.

Leave the hob unplugged for around one hour.

Then reconnect the hob and turn the power back on and see if that cures it.

If the problem is still there then I am afraid power supply will need replacement.
