i have a key symbol showing on control panel and cannot get cycle to begin how can i reset this
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: it's a siemens ,not sue of model and I bought it used
JA: How long has this been going on with your Siemens appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: sure of model

Customer: just happened tried shutting off power and turning back on
