We have the oft 11m132c, when we switch the machine on, it’s makes a noise but doesn’t fill then goes to number 15 on the LED
JA: Who makes your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Hotpoint, around 4 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hotpoint appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just since last night. Only tried switching it off, leaving a few mins then trying a different setting with same result
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Try to leave it unplugged for around 45 minutes and then plug it back, let me know how it goes.
