Have a beko dishwasher DIN15R10 less than 2 years now not

have a beko dishwasher DIN15R10 less than 2 years now not working tested water supply ok discharge pipe ok electrical supply ok when turned on just P1 lights up nothing else happens even when door closed no sounds from water inlet valve etc etc.
JA: Do you know the model of your Beko dishwasher?
Customer: din15r10 says on manual
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko dishwasher? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just started, removed washer from under unit to gain access to water inlet connection, discharge pipe and electrical connection (plug on end of cable) so all free to connect. Connect water supply to hose, plugged in electrical lead to socket and discharge pipe into bucket so all good there
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No nothing else just when start button pressed nothing apart from P1 light on can go through p2 p3 salt time delay etc all light but nothing starts the small starter triangle light does not come on.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your appliance; I know that can be frustrating.

Please ignore the automated phone call request.

Unplug the appliance and plug it back after 15 minutes.

Now turn it off and then press and hold the start button.

While holding the START button turn the dishwasher on.

When all the lights light up, let go the button.

Then turn it back off and then on.

Try to select a cycle and let me know how it goes.

went through this procedure with no response only when i switched the machine on/off did the lights came but off again in a afew seconds then just reverted back to P1 with nothing happening.

When you press and hold the CANCEL button does it reset ?

And then are you able to select a cycle ?

Thanks for that, the control board is faulty and will need replacement.

It is not even responding to test or reset sequence.

You can contact Beko at 0844 55 79 560 to book repair.

If you are willing to do it yourself, then unplug it and remove the door then replace the PCB.
