have a AEG Lavatherm protea dryer that is spinning but not heating
JA: Do you know the model of your AEG dryer? How old is it?
Customer: circa two years, model number T61275AC
JA: How long has this been going on with your AEG dryer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: tried clearing dust etc,
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: think it said error code E60 but can't see error code again

This indicates the heater element or thermostat is faulty and will need replacement.

You will have to unplug it and remove the rear panel.

You can test the heater and two thermostats with a multimeter for continuity.

Replace the part that has no continuity.

The cost of repair will be around £170 including repair charges.
