does W4380 help? other label u readable

Thanks for that.

This indicates drain fault.

Unplug it and remove the drain filter located inside the bottom front panel.

Clean it completely, turn the pump impellor manually and check if its not stuck.

Now, with the filter removed, plug it back and run a spin/rinse only cycle.

Then, look into the filter housing, do you see pump running?

Let me know how it goes.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
i removed the filter, and the impellor turns freely. i started a spin cycle and the impellor is spinning freely. stopped cycle again.

OK, can you pull it out and remove the rear panel.

Then access the drain pump, clean the waste pipe where it connects to house drain.

After this clean the black sump hose (the one that goes from pump to drum)

Then plug it back and again run a spin only cycle, let me know how it goes
