Hi, no need for a call as they will charge you extra for that.
We can work through text if thats ok
Sorry about that. There is a delay I'm thinking in messages
I'm still here. Can you verify the cooling fan is running?
Also if you're not hearing any noises from the bottom (where the compressor is located) then the compressor may not be running. Do you have a multimeter?
a multimeter is a tool to measure electricity. volts, amps, and ohms
If the compressor isn't running it's due to either the thermostat not telling it to run, OR the compressor is trying to run but cant due to a bad capacitor or start relay
can you touch the compressor and see if it feels warm?

This is the compressor
could be condensation from the drip pan
first lets try some basic things.can you unplug it for about 2 minutes, and plug it back in. set the thermostat as cold as it will go, and wait to see if it comes on?wondering if it may be in defrost mode, or stuck in defrost mode, rather.
when you plugged it back up, did you hear the compressor make any noise like it was trying to start?
im here
Theres not a whole lot else we can check without a meter to be honest.
I am sorry about this. There's just only so much we can do online
