Are you there??
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

I'm still here. Can you verify the cooling fan is running?

Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

Also if you're not hearing any noises from the bottom (where the compressor is located) then the compressor may not be running. Do you have a multimeter?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
What’s a multimeter
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
There is no sound coming from the fridge so I don’t think there is a cooling fan running
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

a multimeter is a tool to measure electricity. volts, amps, and ohms

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No I don’t have that
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

If the compressor isn't running it's due to either the thermostat not telling it to run, OR the compressor is trying to run but cant due to a bad capacitor or start relay

Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

can you touch the compressor and see if it feels warm?

Nothing on the fridge feels warm
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
None of the parts on the back feel warm
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I have just moved the fridge and noticed a puddle of water on the floor
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

could be condensation from the drip pan

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
What shall I do to get it working again??
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

first lets try some basic things.
can you unplug it for about 2 minutes, and plug it back in. set the thermostat as cold as it will go, and wait to see if it comes on?
wondering if it may be in defrost mode, or stuck in defrost mode, rather.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I will do that again but I have tried that a couple of times
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It hasn’t worked
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
what else shall I try??
Expert:  Tamar D replied 10 months ago.

when you plugged it back up, did you hear the compressor make any noise like it was trying to start?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No I heard nothing
Customer: replied 10 months ago.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
