How on earth do I programme and switch it on
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?

JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?

JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I have twisted the Off (A) knob to what I thought I needed, then attempted to select time and dried condition. nothing happens. I have then pressed 1 the Start, Pause button.
