The fan in my oven has stopped working, how do l arrange a repair?
Assistant: What's the make and model of your oven? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Probably about 15"years old. It is Boscastle built in oven, HBN5605. 0B
Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No
Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I don't know where Boscastle came from, I was trying to type built in. I think I need a visit from a repair technician

When you remove the back cover off inside the oven and try and turn the fan by hand, does it turn?

Is it stiff to turn ?

The element is fine and it heats perfectly fine ?
