Hi, how can I tell what error code I have on my dishwasher?
JA: What happened just before your dishwasher displayed this message?
Customer: It starts a cycle but stops half way through washing and then empties
JA: How long has this been going on with your dishwasher? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Today. We have cleaned everything and blow the pipe to the pressure switch
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: There is a sequence of flashing lights

It completes a pre wash cycle but nothing else

It washes for 5 mins and then stops and drains and then the lights flash

OK thanks for that.

These lights indicate an error code with heating circuit likely caused due to faulty heater element that will need replacement.

The element is available for £65 + repair charges.

You may contact the manufacturer at 03448 224 224 to book repair.

Let me know how it goes.

Is it easy to replace?

Depends on your DIY skills. You will have to unplug it and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards and remove the lower base panel to access the heater.

Remove the connectors, make note of what connects where then pull out the heater and replace it with new one.

what if it's not that?

You can test it with a multi meter for open circuit before replacement however, that is what the error code indicate.

Moreover, it drains fine, fills fine and when it comes to heat it stops and drains.

Hi there, did that help ?

Have I answered your question?

I still see the question is open so, wanted to check if all is good ?
