These lights indicate an error code with heating circuit likely caused due to faulty heater element that will need replacement.
The element is available for £65 + repair charges.

Depends on your DIY skills. You will have to unplug it and pull it out.
Then tip it backwards and remove the lower base panel to access the heater.
Remove the connectors, make note of what connects where then pull out the heater and replace it with new one.
You can test it with a multi meter for open circuit before replacement however, that is what the error code indicate.
Moreover, it drains fine, fills fine and when it comes to heat it stops and drains.
