I have a Zanussi TCE 7124W tumble dryer. Prod. No###-##-####00 serial no 42300209. It keeps stopping when the clothes AREN’T dry (and it does it so much that I can’t dry the clothes etc.) and the green light above the start button (the one on the left above the sign that looks like a C on its back with three lines coming out of it). Please help. Thanks

Here’s two photos of panel. Also I have checked and cleaned both filters! Thx

OK, lets see if we can get an error code out of it.

Unplug it and plug it back after around 15 minutes.

Then start the dryer on any cycle.

After this press and hold the start button and the button to the left.

Keep them held in.

Now when you see the LEDs go out let go off the buttons.

You will see the end of cycle light and the start light will flash.

Count the number of flashes from each light in between the pause and let me know.

Hi Kevin, I tried doing what you suggested but nothing happened ?? The button left of the start button is the buzzer on/off. Was that the button you meant ??

No sorry ... the temp button

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Hi Kevin, I’ve done that (press the start button and low temperature button) but nothing happens (no LED lights go out or any lights start flashing). What now??

OK, the control board is not responding to test sequence.

The control board is faulty and will need replacement.

The cost of repair will be around £150 + repair charges.

If you are willing to DIY, you will have to unplug it and then remove the top off the dryer, then the side panels and then front panel.

You can then access the control board and replace it.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Kevin, thx for info, can you recommend where I can buy control board. Thx

You can call the manufacturer and check with them if the part is available.

I already checked few websites and it is either discontinued or not available.
