I have a Dyson RA6 -UK-JAA0043A. 2 years old. It does not work if I have the end purple filter on. Remove that and it works perfectly. I cannot find the part I need.
JA: Do you know the model of your Dyson vacuum?
Customer: RA6-UK-JAA004r3A
JA: How long has this been going on with your Dyson vacuum? What have you tried so far?
Customer: About a week. Taken out/off all removable parts, replaced finger filter, cleared all airways to dust collector. Washed purple filter which fits onto the end.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
