I have a Samsung fridge freezer and the ice bucket is broken and wondered if you can help please
JA: Do you know the model of your Samsung fridge? How old is it?
Customer: It is quite old but I do know the model
JA: How long has this been going on with your Samsung refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I had an engineer out who said the ice compartment needs replacing the model no I have is Samsung rs67n8210s9 stainless steel
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I think it is the metal bit inside the ice compartment that has snapped
