I have an AEG Microwave model no MCD2664E which is about 7

Good Morning, I have an AEG Microwave model no MCD2664E which is about 7 years old. The microwave doesn't heat anything irrespective of what heat setting it's on. The plate turns and the fan and display work but it doesn't heat. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks.
JA: How long has this been going on with your AEG microwave? What have you tried so far?
Customer: About 2 days, we have only tried different heat settings but nothing else.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I don't think so, the microwave is built in and not free standing

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your appliance; I know that can be frustrating.

Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

As everything else works fine it is likely the HV Diode and/or the Magnetron is faulty and will need replacement.

If it is only the Diode the cost of repair will be around £110 however, if Magnetron has failed the repair will cost around £200.
