Hi there, I've a dishwasher DFG 15B1 UK. It runs for about 10 minutes, then it stops and the 'drying light' starts flashing and the 'Start/Stop' one goes orange.

Fingers crossed!

This indicates an issue with the heater element that is faulty and will need replacement.

How old is it ?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I’ve 40 minutes before having to head out, hopefully that’s enough time
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Not too sure, maybe 2 years?

OK, can you test the heater element with a multimeter ?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I am afraid I don't have one at hand. I can check with one of my colleagues tomorrow.

OK, the flashing drying light indicates an issue with heater element.

You can unplug it and test the heater for continuity.

If it tests open circuit then you will have to replace it.

If not let me know.

The part is available HERE for £69 + repair charges.

Let me know how it goes.
