JA: What's the brand and model of your fridge? How old is it?
Customer: It’s a Hisense FMN431W20C. It’s only 3 weeks old It was damaged on delivery the company offered to replace or give us a discount which we got thinking the dent would come out easily but it hasnt
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hisense refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We have tried don’t suction pullers and heating it up and then spray it with freeze spray

Hello, this isn't the answer that you're looking for, but I don't think what you want is going to be possible.

Having worked as a car panel beater years ago, it's extremely hard to get a dent out of any panel without having access to the reverse side of that panel. Also, after working on the panel, the finish is usually ruined and the panel needs to be repainted.

The only thing that you could do is remove the paint and get back to the metal, fill in the dent, then prime and repaint that area.
