How do I reset the overload cut out? AEG T65270AC Condenser

Customer Question

how do I reset the overload cut out?
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: AEG T65270AC Condenser Tumble Nov 2014
JA: How long has this been going on with your AEG appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It failed last night when I tried to tumble some towels. I can only assume the weight of wet towels was too much. I have tried starting without a load, and it turns 2 or 3 times and then cuts out.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: not that I can think of

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. I would like to try to help you. I am an expert from Germany and work with language translators. I hope you will understand me.

Please turn off the power for at least 1 hour. Pull the plug out of the socket. Then test again.

Do you have any questions? I am waiting for your message. Greetings Erdal Zal

The power has been turned off for 24 hours. I have just tried again and I only get 2 or 3 revolutions before it cuts out again

I have trouble hearing so text is better.

Telephone service is automatically provided by the system. Just ignore it. I'm sending him a video tutorial here now, unfortunately in German but explain it by myself. The video tutorial shows how to read errors and delete them. Do the same and then write me a message.
