JA: Do you know the model of your Neff microwave? How old is it?
Customer: we don't have any leaflets on it, we inherited it with the house. the nearest to it is H53W5ON3
JA: How long has this been going on with your Neff microwave? What have you tried so far?
Customer: only today we thought it may be the timing
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your appliance; hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

The problem seems to be with Magnetron and Inverter board that will need replacement.

As the Microwave starts, control detects if Magnetron has powered up OK and then it starts heating however, if control detects Magnetron is not powered up it will abort the program.
