That’s the problem it’s somehow been damaged on the door the only numbers I can read are BE 300302 1M 944 - - 5927

Thanks for that.

The thermostat is faulty and will need replacement.

However, if you can test them with multimeter, it should read between 1000-1100 ohms.

Please check this IMAGE (part#23 is the thermostat).
