Kevin. I do not have this detail. It is approx 7 years old and the machine does not carry any identification for me to help. Give it a shot! R

OK, so it starts fills fine, drains fine, water is sprayed fine however, when you open it dishes are not clean?

It does complete its cycle ?

When you open it is it hot inside ?

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Kevin: Starts and fills, drains, water is sprayed and cycle completes. When I open, temperature is not as high as expected despite using number 1 setting (60c I think) rather than 'eco'setting. still some condensation on dishes / glasses and a few need a repeat wash. R

OK, it seems heating element is faulty and will need replacement.

Depending on the make and model of your dishwasher, you can unplug it and pull it out.

Then replace the heating element from underneath the appliance.

The cost of repair will around £100-£170 (based on the make and model).

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
