JA: Who makes your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: 6years I have had it checked and the battery is ok.
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I think it must be the charger or the wall fitting ( poor connection) how to I disconnect the charger?

Customer: it is the original dysentery charger

Customer: I am going to buy a new charger but am nervous about disconnecting the old one without getting advice.
