Did the installer leave the manual with you?

If not, I can guide you.
Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Yes, but I cannot see, a pressure gauge on the boiler. There are only two knobs, on%off and min to max.

Do you have an airing cupboard with any heating system components in it?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Yes. Hot water cylinder. Only dual is a temp gauge.
Expert:  Tim Cooke replied 12 days ago.

OK. Please could you attach a photo of the data label on the underside of the boiler?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
The boiler has no flashing lights, just a blue light which is steady. Might it be the thermostat? It's a Danfiss one and is 20years old.
Expert:  Tim Cooke replied 12 days ago.

I really need to know the exact boiler model, which is shown on the data label on the underside of the boiler.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I'm calling time. I really need to close now. Good night.
Expert:  Tim Cooke replied 12 days ago.

OK. I've done my best. It has been really difficult getting answers to questions, so I'm going to opt out and leave the topic to another expert to help you tomorrow.

Let me know if you still need help with your Worcester boiler

It sounds like a control issue if you have a constant blue light.
