Keeps flashing on and off and clicking when try to switch on

Hi

When you say it turns on then goes off does the display go completely blank?

If so do you need to turn it off on the mains and back on again for it to come on?

Regards

Can you help

Ok and ive just noticed you say it does a clicking noise as well.

Im afraid its more then likely the control board. The storm has more then likely caused a spike on the control boards when the power went out. As we do see this a lot during storms or power cuts as the electronics on these are quite senstive and can fail during a power cut due to storms.

As you say the oven is 2 months old then thats good as it will be covered by the warrenty as you get 2 years on these.

So contact Neff and they will need to replace the electronic control boards in there to cure this im afraid.
