Appliance Repair Questions? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Welcome to Justanswer … my name is Kevin and I will help you today!
I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your appliance; hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.
The oven temperature sensor (thermostat) is faulty and will need replacement.
If you are willing to repair it yourself you will have to unplug the appliance, remove it from its housing and remove the top panel.
Then you can replace the thermostat.
