Welcome to Justanswer … my name is Kevin and I will help you today!

This indicates an air flow problem due to heavy ice build-up.

Try this:

Leave it unplugged and empty with door open for around 24-36 hours.

Then plug it back and problem should be resolved.

However, if the issue appears again see if you hear the fan working.

If not, you will have to replace fan motor.

If it works you will have to replace the temperature sensor (thermostat), the issue should be resolved.

I have checked and fan is working. compressor also working fine. So Freezer is good. Air is not flowing to fridge compartment.
If I keep it unplugged, which door should I keep open? Fridge or Freezer? (Freezer has some items which I stored for the Corona period)

When you leave it unplugged you can leave the fridge door open.

"If it works you will have to replace the temperature sensor (thermostat), the issue should be resolved." so after the restart I need to replace the thermostat?

No sorry I mean if the fan works.

After 24-36 hours when you plug it back wait for around 4-8 hours.

If it starts cooling you dont have to do anything however, if it wont work and fan runs you will have to check the thermostat.
