My question is about a Samsung dryer. Can you help?
JA: What Samsung product do you have?
Customer: It’s a heat pump dryer DV9*K60
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: The problem seems to be the condensed water sensor that comes on even when the tank is empty forcing the drying cycle to stop

Hi. Yes I have cleaned them both. The filter light is stubborn and often comes on, but the condenser light has only started coming in now and interrupts the cycle. It’s almost as if there is something blocking the water reaching the tank or the sensor itself is faulty. Is there any way to clear this without an engineer?

Thanks for your patience.

Can you unplug it and pull it out.

Then remove the pump cover from the rear of the appliance.

Remove the hoses and clean them, make sure they are not clogged.

Then clean the pump completely, make sure its all dried in there.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

It should work, let me know how it goes.
