the fan and the light both work
Customer: replied 15 days ago.
the problem is lack of heat in the oven

OK, Thanks for checking.

Please check this IMAGE (part#3A is Main Oven thermostat).

When everything works fine however, it won't heat the thermostat is faulty and will need replacement.

If you can unplug the appliance and pull it out, then remove the rear panel and the control panel.

Test this part with a multimeter, also test part#3D with a multimeter.

Replace the faulty part.

Let me know how it goes.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
