Ok has the washer drained the water out?

If so then does the door handle feel loose?

Also have you tried unplugging it and leaving it 3 minutes to see if the door will release then?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

It's not this number? ZWF 71240W

Ok if the door has broken then you need to pull the washer out and unplug it.

Then remove the top panel.

Now look down the front of the washer on the right and you will see the door lock.

You need to reach down in there and feel the left of the lock.

There you will feel the door pin.

You need to try and push the door pin to the left and at the same time pull the door handle to open it.

Then once its opened you can see if its the door handle and replace it from there.

So try the above if you can and see how it goes from there.

The handle doesn't work...it doesn't move anymore
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Is there any way to send you a video showing what is happening here?

Ok you will find the door handle will have snapped so will need to be replaced.

You need to split the door and replace the handle.

But before removing the old handle take a few pictures of the set up and the way the springs as the spring will need to be in the correct place to work.

We don't know how to remove the old handle
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
The pics

You need to remove the screws on the inside of the door.

Then use a small flat screwdriver and insert it inbetween the inner and outer door frame and then you can prise the door rims apart.

Have a look at this Youtube clip, Click here

I know its a different style door but the idea is the same.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
We got it
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Is there anything else the we need to know about that?

Not really.

Just take pictures of how the spring goes over the bar and hook before removing the old one and you should be fine.
