I bought a delonghi toaster last November. It is a double

Customer Question

Hi I bought a delonghi toaster last November. It is a double toaster however one side trips all my sockets when I use it. The other side is still working perfectly well. The code is CTJ 4003
JA: Do you know the model of your Delonghi toaster? How old is it?
Customer: Purchased November so nearly 7 months old. Code CTJ 4003
JA: How long has this been going on with your Delonghi toaster? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just a week. I tried to reuse that side of the toaster but each time tripped the electric. So for safety reasons I just use the side that works
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
