Why does my kitchen aid mixer 5KSM150PS motor wobble

Customer Question

Why does my kitchen aid mixer 5KSM150PS motor wobble severely during mixing in spite of tightening the recommended screw
JA: How old is your KitchenAid mixer?
Customer: More than 10 years
JA: How long has this been going on with your KitchenAid mixer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: For some months. But getting worse. Now it wobbles so severely that the metal rod at the top of the stand falls out and this morning a drew at the rear end of the motor fell out as well
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the mixer blade does not lie just above the mixing bowl and is now touching the bowl during mixing in spite of adjusting the recommended screw.
