OK, as it tripped mid cycle this indicates the heating pump is faulty and will need replacement.

The part is available here for £120 + repair charges.

To replace the part you will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then remove the side panels (both sides) and the bottom off the appliance.

Then lay it on its side to access the heat pump located towards the right.

You can then replace it.

Bosch will charge you around £110 however, you may contact them and check if they have fixed price repair option available.
