This may help
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

OK, Thanks for that.

Model number would have certainly helped.

E19 in this type of sn series indicates fault in dispenser.

What exactly is going on?

You start the appliance and then you get the error ...

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Try to start and then this fault comes up
I have cleaned filters and checked the drain which seems clear

OK, can you unplug it and pull it out ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Its integrated appliance ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

OK then try this:

You can unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.

Remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Let me know how it goes.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done that already .
Just trying it on a diff cycle and so far it has pumped out and is running.
I will see go this goes

OK Perfect, if it happens again try to clean the dispenser and try again.
