JA: How long has this been going on with your Zanussi appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Started last night whilst washing it beeped in the middle of wash and would not complete or drain of even after reset. I drained water by sucking out but it will start cycle but then start beeping and stops
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: this is everything

2 beeps is draining issue here with your appliance.

Can you unplug it and pull it out or its integrated?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Integrated just taking front panel of now
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just taking front panel off now as integrated

OK, You can unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.

Remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

If you still see flashing lights press and hold the START button for around 5 seconds to reset the control.

Then try it on any program and let me know how it goes.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Light looks like a shower head

OK and water is turned on ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

OK and no beeps at all ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Every 10 15 seconds with the light flashing when door open

OK and light is flashing in sequence between pauses or its continuous ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just reset and stuck on wash when I reset the light is continuous with selected wash flashing

OK and if you leave it like this it will complete the program or stops again ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Doesn’t appear to restart

OK this indicates the pressure switch is clogged or faulty and will need replacement.

To locate the pressure switch you will have to remove the side panels, now this will void off the warranty.

Hence, it will be better to contact Zanussi and get it replaced by them under warranty.
