Customer: Bosch Axxis Condensation. Don’t know how old. Here when we bought the loft about five years ago

OK, the appliance is around 17 years old.

Try this:

Unplug it and remove the rear panel.

You will see thermostat with red reset button on it.

Press and see if it clicks, if it does then reconnect everything and plug it back.

It should reset however, if it wont work you will have to replace heater element.

The cost of repairs will be around £220 including parts.
