This answer was rated:

The dishwasher has presented a E19 error code. This has happened before however, after looking in the manual it says to turn it off and on again - the dishwasher started working again after 24 hours. This time the error code has reappeared however the machine is not responding as before. The machine starts on a cycle and then following the fill of the machine stops and presents the error code E19. When the machine stops the bottom of the machine is filled with water - however there is no drainage problem as when you start a new cycle it removes the water from the bottom before starting”.
JA: What happened just before your dishwasher displayed this message?

Hi,

Unfortunately i am not on site so cannot access the details you requier. It is a NEFF appliance, but is in one of my tenanted properties and i won't get access until tomorrow at the earliest.

OK, Without the information requested in my first/previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Now remove the side panels and base off appliance.

Then towards the left you will see a plastic tank (based on model number), make sure that is not clogged.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then select any program and let me know how it goes.

If still it won't work please provide its make and complete model number for further assistance.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
