Welcome to Justanswer … my name is ***** ***** I will help you today!

Please provide its complete model number (from the label/rating plate inside the door)

E18 indicates drain is clogged.

Have you already tried cleaning the drain pump filter located inside the bottom front flap?

Please DO NOT ACCEPT the PHONE CALL request.

That is auto generated and not sent by me.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Have not tried cleaning it, how do I remove it?

Model number will help (starts with E nr)

Open the flap and rotate the filter anti clockwise to clean it.

I pressed it by accident

I have not accepted it so I think you will not be charged.

Please follow the above advise and let me know how it goes.

If I turn it anticlockwise is supposed to be pulled out

Yes, you may try pliers as well.

If there is a black hose first remove the water from the hose.

Did you receive the model number? I had a notification about a response but no message

Thanks for that.

Unplug it and pull it out.

Then check the drain hose at the back and make sure it is not clogged.

Open the filter and make sure impellor inside rotates freely.

Then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Select a rinse/spin only cycle, let me know how it goes.
