Hi,

Welcome to Justanswer … my name is ***** ***** I will help you today!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Have you seen any error codes/flashing lights?

Please DO NOT ACCEPT the PHONE CALL request.

That is auto generated and not sent by me.

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
no the machine is very basic inlet valve has changed and now it will fill and continue to cycle but does not finish
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 15 days ago.

OK and end of cycle light also not flashing ?

If not lights flashing then try this:

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Select any program and let me know how it goes.
