I've got a CDA WC140IN, and whilst the power comes on the

Hi i've got a CDA WC140IN, and whilst the power comes on the only light i can see is the 'end' the dishwasher was in the house when i bought it, so don't know if this is an ongoing fault. It did do one cycle a few months ago, but nothing since.
JA: Who makes your dishwasher?

JA: How long has this been going on with your dishwasher? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've not tried much so far, as reading previous conversations, most of them had lights working

Customer: I'm sorry but i dont know how old it is or whether the previous owners had a problem.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that must be.

This indicates water has leaked in the base of appliance and activated the anti-flood device.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then press and hold the START button for around 10 seconds to reset the control.

Select any program and please let me know how it goes.
