Some of the keys on my laptop are not working.
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Toshiba C670/C670D. I bought it in 2011.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Toshiba appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: A few days. I tried turning it off and on but it didn’t work.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The keys that don’t work are A,D,Q and T.

Some keybpards can be disassembled and cleaned, but I wouldn't spend any time on it as a new one is cheap. See this one, for example.
