Without the information requested in my first/previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.

This indicates an issue with the belt and/or motor.

You may unplug it and pull it out then remove the top off the appliance.

Check if the belt is intact and not snapped/worn out.

If belt is fine, I am afraid the motor is faulty and will need replacement.
