Good afternoon,

Welcome to JustAnswer.com.

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you today!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that must be.

Something may be stuck in drain hence, causing this issue.

Please try this:

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Select any program and please let me know how it goes.

It should work however, if the problem occurs again you will have to unplug and remove the side panels.

Then remove the bottom off and then towards the left you will see plastic tank.

Clean it and make sure nothing is clogged anywhere.

Please let me know how it goes.

You may see automated adverts for phone support sent by website.

I am afraid, I am not available for phone call and we can continue via chat.

If you want phone support, please let me know and another expert may pick it up.

I am glad, I could help.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

I hope you have a great day.

It has been my pleasure to assist you!

I cannot do these things, as it is inbuilt. I cannot possibly pull the maching out and tip it up. This has not been useful at all.

You can unplug it and pull it out as well.

With plinth removed open the door and towards the top on either sides you will see screws holding the appliance to worktop.

Remove the screws and then close the door. Then you can pull it out.

--------------------------------------

If you do not want to pull it out then try this:

You can unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.

You will see a white plastic cover and above the white plastic base tray there is a metal cover.

Remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Please let me know how it goes.
