my fridge freezer FFA 52 has stopped working and blows the main fuse when I plug it in
JA: What's the brand and model of your fridge? How old is it?
Customer: hotpoint iced diamond FFA 52 it is about 9 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hotpoint refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: This happened on Saturday I checked the fuse and that was okay
