JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: eco sense 5yrs hardly used but more since I was disabled
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?

Please try this:

Select an empty program on its hottest setting then let it run and see how it goes.

If the error is still there then you will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Select any program and please let me know how it goes.

I have tried cleaning etc but as I am disabled I cannot possibly tip the machines back plus the machine will not let me start any programme. sorry
